Refund policy
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Harmony Goodies. If your item isn't right for you, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unless the item is marked as final sale or is included in one of the non-returnable categories below.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with any original tags or packaging included when applicable. Because many Harmony Goodies items are pre-owned, original retail packaging is not required unless it was included with the item when purchased.
Items that have been worn, used, altered, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned in a different condition may not qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Harmony Goodies cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your return to be received, inspected, and processed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
Discounted items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.
For hygiene reasons, undergarments, underwear, bras, pantyhose, bodysuits, body stockings, lingerie, and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Purchases Made on Other Marketplaces
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through HarmonyGoodies.com. Purchases made through eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Vinted, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, or other third-party marketplaces are subject to the return and refund policies of the marketplace where the purchase was made.

This version fits your business much better because it accounts for pre-owned merchandise, protects you against someone wearing/washing something and returning it, and clearly separates Shopify purchases from your marketplace sales.
One thing I'd reconsider is the blanket “discounted items aren't returnable” rule. Since you may run sitewide sales or coupons, that could accidentally make a huge percentage of your store final sale. I'd reserve no-returns for merchandise explicitly marked Final Sale, as written above.
